Rotary Hearth Furnace

A Rotary hearth furnace consists of a furnace chamber and a rotary hearth. The continuous furnace transports the material by a rotary hearth from the inlet port to the outlet port by rotating the furnace hearth. It is most commonly used for melting metals.

Process: Normalizing > Hardening > Tempering > Stress Relieving > Quench and Temper > Reheat for press quench forging

With our extensive knowledge and experience CBE will design your system, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. We will pair the rotary hearth furnace with custom engineered air pollution control systems to meet the current emission requirements.
