Engineering service capabilities include:
  • Optimizing multiple hearth furnaces for a variety of applications.  CBE has successfully proposed design changes to improve furnace efficiency along with incorporate flue gas recirculation and alternative afterburner options.
  • Providing detailed plans and specifications for entire incineration system from feed, to incineration, to APC equipment. CBE has designed several fluidized bed incinerator retrofits converting tuyere domes to a pipe tuyere air distribution system.
  • Design, evaluate, and recommend process changes to optimize mineral processing using shaft kilns.
  • Improving metal reclamation processes conducted in rotary hearth furnaces.
