Notice of Violation - NOV

If your local DEP or DEQ finds you to be non-compliant with your operating permit during a site visit, or if you skip or fail a stack test or other filing, they may issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) against you.  Not responding to a NOV may result in monetary fines, revocation of your permit and criminal penalties once it is enforced.  CBE can help bring you into compliance by assisting in negotiating a settlement with your local regulatory authority that minimizes penalties and updates your permit to achievable requirements.
